Hailey now I know why Justin always calls you his angel. You two are made for each other and it was fate you met him at age 12. Well, as a brazilian from Minas (where pao de queijo is from originally) I can say this is a very gourmet version of pao de queijo. We dont dip it on anything, but that way must be delicious too. We also use just our hands to make the bread, and there are no herbs in the recipe, among a lot of other differences. But I like the way Hailey added a little of her taste to it, that is just a very brazilian thing to do hahaha we take food from other countries and cultures, add a little bit of ours and it turns out delicious. Please bring more brazilian foods.
