@stlivermore You're literally saying that without birth talent you can't play like her, do you really think that? Because if you really think about it, you really need to see thousands of classical guitarists, advanced fingertsyle style among others. She is that skilled because she has been playing guitar for 16/17 years, not because she was born "talented." If she had only played a little since she started or when she had been playing for a short time and without having had the help of any teacher (or the internet to learn easily) I would believe it, the thing is that she has been playing and polishing her skills for a long time. she; Therefore, excluding the cases I mentioned above, it is disrespectful for the artist to excuse the incredible skill of her with years behind her with something as simple as "talent". I understand what you prefer with talent but there are other cases in which it would apply (Sungha Jung, Marcin Patrzalek, Luca Stricagnoli, guitarists that you can see when they were little in many KZbin videos and see that from a very young age they were already overflowing with skill). (Sorry if I had some misspellings, I'm learning English)

@@zent_ys5165 i think both of you are making very valid points despite contradicting each other. i think talent and luck are two different things, i think talent can be something that you are born with, and some people may in fact have an inert advantage towards specific things. i dont think guitar or singing or video production or content creation are one of them however. it is very insulting to diminish the years or work and blood and sweat and sacrifice that makes that talent grow and give fruit. so i agree with you in that regard. its definitely not luck.

El estudio ghibili se ha destacado por hacer películas con un simbolismo muy profundo. Antes de este estudio, Hayao Miyazaki trabajó en las series de "World Masterpiece Theater", junto con Isao Takahata, la cual también tiene excelentes obras y bandas sonoras. Es evidente, el día de hoy, la falta que hacen este tipo de productores, que no por nada critican mucho la calidad de gran parte del anime de hoy.

I really like this format where you give us context in the beginning of the videos, be it some history on the composer, the piece or how you've made the composition or arrangement. It's a great opportunity to hear what's the thought process you go through to make your arrangements and, to a lay person like myself, gives me a lot of pointers of things to pay attention to during the performance of the pieces themselves. Hi Paola, I see you are working very hard to keep us happy ;-) and entertained. I always enjoy your music but most when I get to enjoy performances like this where I see how you analyzed the music of a whole story and put it into your personal envelope applying all the skills you have. This particular performance is not only wonderful to listen too, for me its an incredible valuable study on harmonizing not only notes, but also the movement of both hands and the digits hanging on there and what you can achieve if you gain control over moving these single digits independent from each other. At times I think I never have a chance to get there on fine tuning the control of both hands and fingers but videos like this make a big difference. I watched this movie 4 times and then sat down with my guitar and it was almost as when my hands had listened too and some new control channels opening I didn't know did exist. Thank you sooooo much for doing this for us. And I hope you enjoy this as much as I (we ) all do....
