She needs to learn to not talk over the person she's interviewing. The audience wants to hear what the person being interviewed has to say (that's why they tuned in) and not necessarily what she has to say. I know from experience it can be tricky, especially when you're trying to make the person feel comfortable if they're a little shy. There's a way to do it though without overpowering their dialogue when they answer a question. It just ends up being a little awkward and the interview doesn't flow well.
