respect ur opinion but i disagree. I adore this version. The thing is before I heard paolos version I was never inclined to listen to the lyrics, but when I actually did (when i listened to paolo's version) I was totally surprised to find out the lyrics are actually sad and tragic, its a sad song stuck in a jivey and upbeat wrapper from MGMT, paolo puts the emotion into it for "i miss the freedom and the boredom and the time spent alone"

really don't like the feeling this cover gives to the song. The orginal for me has such a young rebelious feel to it which really fits the lyrics about young musicians aspiring to be huge rockstars. i love the modern, electric different feel of it which reflected there youthful wantings perfectley for me.
