This might have been the first time I actually heard this song uncensored lol. The copy I got way back in 2002 is censored and I've kept that copy ever since. Only one word gets censored in it (goddamn) but it was weird to not hear a blank space in that part. Almost thought it was an alternate lyric at first but then I remembered. :p

Dude I thinks its drop c not drop d. At around 0:17 it hits a c and a g I've listened to the track many times over and played along with that part

It's definitely Drop D. I've seen Jerry play it live up close. It's one of those inverted chords there that makes it sound lower than what it actually is. It's 5-3-5 on the 3 lowest strings and for some reason when you hit that 5th fret on the low string along with the C power chord it makes the lower octave C sound which is why many mistake this song for Drop C tuning. He used this chord a lot back in the Infest/lovehatetragedy days.
