Oh, you were going to love it. Mexico is a food paradise. Most Mexican restaurants outside the country barely scratch the surface of how varied their cuisine is. Every region has dishes unique to it. Very much like India, I must say. If you ever go to the region, don’t stop in Mexico, keep going south into central America. You would love our cuisine as well. Might as well keep on going down into South America. Their food is also amazing. If you want spicy though, Mexico and Peru are going to be the places that have the spiciest food. Nobody has bland food though. And we are all pretty welcoming people. We love to tell outsiders how different we are but, we’re very much the same people really.

Love Mexican dad's pouring good chutney on samosa. We Indians and Mexicans can handle spice like anything. Love you hermanos, loved they all ate with hands. Such a commanality within culture for far apart. ❤❤❤
