Today I found out what he means with half of the half of the second is enough. You can get that experience with Shivas technique. Out of his 112 Techniques read the 90. Sutra. Osho has commented on it in his Book of the Secrets chapter 63. The Sutra goes: "Touching Eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into heart and there permeates the cosmos." If you manage a balanced touch you are INSTANTLY Blown Away. You dont know what happened but you come back refreshed. Maybe the experience itself is 0,0001 sec of duration. But you are completely reborn. Its in a way very easy technique and works. I tried it.

Woah, I know what you mean reading your comment it dawned on me...''Maybe the experience itself is 0,0001 sec of duration.''' for me it happened in the 90's and lasted at least a week but I didn't know what it was. I was just following the core chapter and heart of the lotus sutra without much knowledge and zero expectations. Ever since, I know when that 0,0001 second duration happens it has the same flavor as that awesome week I experienced.... Thanks
