Poori garmi chalne wala Nimbu ka Sharbet aur Shikanji Masala (masala soda).
INGREDIENTS :
(HINDI)
----- नीम्बू का शरबत -----​
चीनी - १.५ कप (४०० ग्राम​)
काला नमक - १/२ चम्मच
नीम्बू का रस - १/२ कप​
----- शिकंजी पाउडर​ -----​
जीरा - १ + १ चम्मच​
काली मिर्च - १ चम्मच​​
काला नमक - १ चम्मच​
अदरक पाउडर - १ चम्मच​
नमक - १/२ चम्मच​
(ENGLISH)
---- Nimbu Sharbet ----
Sugar - 1.5 cup (400 gm)
Black Salt - ½ table spoon
Lemon juice - ½ cup
---- Shikanji Masala ----
Cumin seeds - 1 + 1 table spoon
Black Pepper - 1 table spoon
Black Salt - 1 table spoon
Ginger powder - 1 table spoon
Salt - ½ table spoon
