EDIBLE OIL - 1 TABLESPOON
DAHI / CURD - 3 TABLESPOON + ½ CUP
TOMATO (MEDIUM) - 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
DESI GHEE - 2 TABLESPOON
CLOVES - 3 Nos.
CINNAMON - ½ INCH
CARDAMOM - 2 Nos.
BLACK PEPPER - 8 TO 10 Nos.
BAY LEAF - 2 LEAVES
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 + ½ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1.5 + ½ TSP
SALT - 1 + ½ TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - 1 + 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ½ + ¼ TSP
DRIED FENUGREEK LEAVES - 1 TABLESPOON
GRAMFLOUR - 2+2 TABLESPOON
CORIANDER LEAVES - 2-3 TABLESPOON
RAISINS - 15 TO 20, CHOPPED
GARAM MASALA - ½ TSP
