1. ARBI (TARO) - 250 GM
2. POHA - 1 CUP
3. GREEN CHILLI - 7 NOS. + 2, FINELY CHOPPED
4. EDIBLE OIL - 2 TABLESPOON + TO FRY
5. BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TSP
6. ASAFOETIDA - ¼ TSP
7. GINGER - 1 INCH
8. CURRY LEAF - 5 TO 7 LEAVES
9. ONION (MEDIUM) - 1, FINELY CHOPPED
10. SALT - ½ TSP + 2 PINCH
11. TURMERIC POWDER - ½ TSP
12. CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TABLESPOON
13. AMCHUR POWDER - 1 TSP
14. MAIDA - ½ CUP

Chai time Arbi Nashta... I have termed this as "August Arbi Bites". Very well explained and interesting presentation. I would be happy if you give a definite title to your recepes Ma'm, even if it is in Rajasthani Language. The original name will boost up the outlook of the dishes. I hope you will consider my suggestion. I prepared this dish today ie 7thAug2023 and followed your demo step by step. You explain in detail so very well that it makes us to understand the preparation so easily. The net result was Exotically Awesome. So very crispy outside and soft inside.
