नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच
चिली फ्लेक्स - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
कढी पत्ता - ८ से १० पत्ते ​
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
धनिया के पत्ते - २ चम्मच​

देशी घी - १ चम्मच​​
राई - १ छोटा चम्मच​
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच
मेथी दाना - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​ ​ ​
कढी पत्ता - ८ से १० पत्ते
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - १, कटा हुआ
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
सूखी लाल मिर्च - २, साबुत​
लौकी (मध्यम आकार​) - १/४, कटी हुई
टमाटर (छोटा आकार​) - २, कटे हुए
बैंगन (छोटा आकार​) - २, कटे हुए
तुअर (अरहर​) दाल - १/२ कप (१५ मिनट भीगी हुई)
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
धनिया पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच​
नमक - १ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
सांभर मसाला - १ चम्मच​
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)

Semolina - 1 cup
All purpose flour - 2 table spoon
Ginger - 1 inch
Curd/ Yogurt - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - ½ tsp
Curry leaf - 8 to 10 leaves
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Coriander leaves - 2 table spoon

Desi Ghee - 1 table spoon
Black mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - ¼ tsp
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Curry leaf - 8 to 10 leaves
Onion (medium size) - 1, chopped
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Dried Red Chilli - 1, whole
Bottle Gourd - ¼, chopped
Tomato (small size) - 2, chopped
Brinjal (small size) - 2, chopped
Split Pigeon pea - ½ cup (soaked 15 min)
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 + ½ tsp
Sambar Masala - 1 table spoon
Coriander leaves (chopped)
