The paparazzi are not worth getting into legal trouble over. These people are more than happy to sue anyone and everyone, ironically, for doing to them what they do to celebrities every day. The best thing the fans (and I mean all K-pop fans) can do is boycott the magazines and websites that buy their photos. Most paparazzi aren't employed, but "freelance" - selling their snaps to whichever publication pays the most. Stray Kids acted and reacted honourably and professionally. They did not bring themselves, Korea or their industry into any disrepute. Photographers and paparazzi are sh*t. Those entertainers are modeling as they should. It's the met gala
