I wouldn’t even call this a demo, it’s the fully produced track just mixed a bit differently with a few different small production elements here and there.

Dyllan Collis generally demos are more of a proof of concept, aren’t this produced and aren’t intended to be the final product. To me this sounds like it was intended to be the final version but they went in and tweaked it before the album was released. Because of that I’d consider this more of an early mix rather than a demo.

even lady gaga's laptop demos sound incredibly similar to the album versions instrumental wise, judging by how this version has waaaaay less vocal layers than the final product i wouldn't be surprised if it was her home recording sent out on CD :-P (not to say it isn't a fully produced track, just that gaga fully produced her demo lol)

The real demo came out on Myspace around Thanksgiving 2007 and a lot of the scene kids had it as their profile song.
