@@galrtveiga188 água quente borbulha, e quando você coloca algo frio para cozinhar na água quente ela dá uma esfriada e para de borbulhar, até esquentar de novo. Já o óleo ferve quando a gente coloca algo úmido para fritar, como aconteceu nesse vídeo.

Vi um comentário perguntando se ja viu banana frita?! Sério que existe algum lugar no mundo q não existe banana da terra? Aqui no Brasil nós temos a banana da terra, não pode ser consumida crua, mas pode ser cozida ou frita e deliciosa, aqui no BR temos vários tipos de banana, banana prata, banana da terra, banana ouro, banana maçã, banana caturra, são apenas algumas😅 e se você não teve oportunidade de experimentar experimente! Sobre o mamão tmb achei estranho fritar , mas como tem gnt q não conhece banana frita então é melhor deixar pra lá 😅😅😅

@@Curitiba24h aprendi com minha vó q era assim q se come e tem motivo, a banana da terra possui mais carboidratos do que as demais, pois contém uma reserva maior de amido em sua composição, o que faz com que ela seja melhor digerida após ser cozida, assada ou frita... Então mesmo q se possa consumir crua, ainda assim aqui no Brasil é hábito comer cozida/frita/assada afinal temos infinidade de outros tipos de banana para consumo cru.... Aqui na minha casa por exemplo compramos a prata para consumo cru, apesar q minha banana favorita é a maçã é bem difícil de achar onde moro.

Pienso que freír la papaya por unos segundos y luego pasarla por hielo para detener la cocción, es para que la fruta se conserve más compacta ya que madura su deliciosa carne es muy delicada. Y como dice un chiste en mi país: "A papaya partida, papaya comida" 😊 y con🥥🍉... 😋😋😋 delicioso.😊😊😊❤

All you complaining about oil. Really? Don’t you guys eat fries, fried ckn, battered fish - thats fried. Donuts, funnel cakes. And thats just a few. This was simply dipped in oil for whatever reason. The internet made y’all afraid of oils like it’s the apocalypse. Only in North America that happens cause most feast on fast foods and the obesity rate is through the roof. If you ate like this woman in the video, you would not be afraid of a little oil.
