কোন ক্লাস থেকে ugc net এর preparation নেওয়া উচিত, ug or pg... আমি 3rd semester এর ছাত্রী, আমি কি 4th semester থেকে পড়া শুরু করতে পারি, 4th semester থেকে শুরু করলে পরবর্তীতে কতটা উপকৃত হবো? আমার বিষয়- সংস্কৃত

This is a very tricky question to answer. In reality a student starts for NET and SET from the beginning of their UGs as he or she must have taken the decision of becoming a Professor in English. But it is almost difficult to cover the syllabus of NET or SET during UGs as the pressure of each Semester is on the peak. But they can start in the form of reading the history of English literature, the prescribed texts in the syllabus thoroughly (not relying on summary, it needs textual study) as all these shall be the part of their NET or SET syllabus later. After the completion of UGs a student can wholeheartedly invest his or her time in studying NET or SET.
