This speaks to my ADHD BRAIN . Limited items, size, materials, and time. No overthinking, no overwhelming choices. I make Commonplace books and add a number of quotations to get people started. I can’t personally use a junk journal for journaling- I use my art journal instead. I’m a cognitive mess, but can’t give up the high I get from making junk journal type books. This is just what I needed. BRAVA!
