Hi friends! Thank-you for joining me! In today's video I will be hand painting some Dollar Tree fridge magnets and using some adorable paper flowers and AB (Aurora Borealis) crystals to embellish them! I love to decorate and personalize every space in my home and my fridge isn't an exception 😆
If you're new to my channel, welcome! And if you're returning, welcome back! I'm so happy to have you! Crafting is a form of meditation and self-regulation for me. I love trying new things and I love to decorate. My projects are purely from my imagination and I love to express myself through my various projects. I hope you enjoy this one and even if you don't try it, I hope it inspires you to try something you've always wanted to!
For the first project you will need:
1. 8 mini m&m sized magnets
2. Either silver leaf and silver leaf adhesive or (spray) paint to coat the magnet
3. Maui Sand Chalk paint
5. Baby Blue chalk paint
6. Glossy Mod Podge
7. Paper Flowers from Dollar Tree
8. AB crystals
9. Crazy Glue
10. Hot Glue gun and glue sticks
11. Variety of paint brushes for Mod Podge and paint application
Second Project:
1. 4 x 1" fridge magnets
2. Sisal rope
3. Hot glue gun and glue sticks
4. Paper flowers
5. AB crystals
6. Crazy Glue
7. Scissors
8. Variety of paint brushes for mod Podge and paint application
Third project:
1. 4 x 1" magnets
2. Spray paint for full and fast all over coverage (optional)
3. Chalk and or acrylic paint in the color of your choosing for the surface of the magnet. I used Folk Art "Sheepskin"
4. Gold acrylic paint for dots
5. Q-tip for making polka-dots
6. Glossy Mod Podge
7. Paper flowers
8. AB crystals
9. Crazy Glue
10. Hot glue and glue sticks
11. Variety of paint brushes for mod Podge and paint application
