Pr has track matte and color key or ultra key, why use Ae? I think it's achievable just Pr alone. Other used Capcut just playing the overlay section since they doesn't have track matte

I agree, you can use track mate and color key/ultra key but when you are using AE you will get so much control. As an example achieving the wiggle effect is so easy in AE that Pr. And of course those who are using Premiere Pro for editing should comfortable using After effects too. The workflow is supper simple! The beauty of using Premiere Pro is getting dynamic link support from all the other Adobe application like After effects, Audition, Photoshop etc. That is what made premiere pro is a pro editing software
