Yoshi's runs are always hilarious, it's too bad it was so early in the morning and everyone either was sleeping or burnt out, so many laughs are deserved. That palace skip went pretty well, Koops grabbing the crystal star was funny, and pretty decent rng overall.

So funny thing about TEC's name - its a stealth pun. If you tattle a a X-Yux, Goombella will tell you that you are supposed to read their title as "Cross-Yux". And while everyone refers to him as TEC, his full designation is TEC-XX. And he belongs to the Cross-Naut faction. So if you heed Goombella's words that makes him TEC-Doublecross.

2:22:10 Japanese has a five-vowel system not unlike that of Spanish, and (with the exception of N) every consonant has to be followed by a vowel; for the many, *many* English words that made their way into Japanese, U is usually used in between. Also the "R" is a particularly weird sound between the English L and D that represents both L- and R-sounds, but only if they would be pronounced in a British accent, so L always but R only before vowels. ランペル is ra-n-pe-ru, which is just about the closest you can get to the first six letters of Rumpelstiltskin. The localizations in Spanish and other European languages, in addition to implying that Vivian is actually trans, have Doopliss's name as Rumpel; "p" and "l" are the only letters found in both names. Note that both ん and ン are missing in the Japanese version, but "P" is available (while "p" is not) in the English version.

Why are the pigs 3D? Forget that; think about the consequences. Food in the Paper Mario universe is 2D. It has area, but no volume. A 3D object consists of infinitely many 2D layers. Therefore, a single pig in Paper Mario provides an INFINITE AMOUNT OF BACON.

If you really can't stand the ticking, it stops at 2:00:46 You'll miss a lot of setup, and some major skips/glitches, but I don't think anyone could blame you for skipping ahead.

Chapter 3 was my favorite chapter, so seeing it broken so... easily and quickly kinda... broke my heart. Hell, my least favorite parts of that chapter were when we WEREN'T in the fights. I hereby wish for a new category of this game being speedrun: Chapter 3%, where it's any% but you HAVE to do all of the Chapter 3 fights. Any other glitches to speed things up are allowed, fights can be done in any way.
