from an outsider's perspective it really seems as though Alecks has cultivated a solid culture among the team. Even in the conversations at the end of the video (12:30) about what went wrong, it's easy for tensions to rise and people to get heated, but they still communicate quite constructively while speaking critically even amidst the high emotions. Also maybe it's just Mindfreak being unafraid to speak his mind, but being able to push back and point out what Alecks might have said/done wrong shows open communication and a willingness on Alecks' part for communication among the team to truly be a two way street
