Man after watching that stomp on the 1st half on Split, I thought PRX was gonna just run away with the entire series.. I thought G2 was the underdog to begin with, but especially after the beginning of the series I thought theyd be so tilted and it'd just be over. Good on G2 for buckling down and fighting their way back to a victory! I'm 1 of the very few ppl that's never been a fan of PRX bc I enjoy a more methodical playstyle thay pushes and pulls the enemy and PRX basically define W Gaming in the pro scene.. that being said, I definitely respect them as 1 of the most consistently top teams

This is what I was worried about as a prx fan, I think our map pool is weak, I look at last year and I think we had 3 top tier maps in pearl, bind and ascent. This year the only map we look excellent on is sunset and it’s G2’s perma ban. I think this year our map pool is competitive but not great like last year. I think Prx lost today because we played too individually. G2 did a great job counter straying and had amazing reads but even then Prx should have won, the lost because of unforced errors and being out of synch

Yeah today's game was too much individual plays. Barely any strategy involved outside of 1:30 entry together, and if that fails do solo play.

G2s story line building up rematch vs heritics with Woot looking in form how does turn out we'll see soon enough

G2 strat on bind, really similiar to FPX emea when they beat PRX on bind too .. playing passive waiting PRX to peek them first, or let prx make a contact first.

they were conditioned from the split map to lose on the last map. they never had other playstyles for their opponent to adjust to
