Tulip Flower represent perfect love and eternal life. Tulip flowers are considered the national flower of Iran and Afghanista, a symbol of the Netherlands. In this video I will show you how to make tulip flowers with crepe paper. Bougainvillea flowers are assembled from 6 petals together. Each tulip petal is curved and colored to create a natural and vivid look to the paper tulip flower. Large long tulip leaves, also made from crepe paper. To make paper tulip flowers look more plump, I used 4mm Clear PVC Pipe, then wrap it up with a foral tape. Let's make tulip flowers from crepe paper.
