when you realize paper wigs are way harder that real wigs: (i am a cosplayer and i do use normal wigs and after watching this it make how i do my wigs, easy )

As a paper wig cosplayer, I agree. I do think normal wigs are hard due to the upkeep but paper wigs take hours to make, upkeep is either easy or hard (bent or falling apart) worst case : the base has fallen apart. (like on my susato wig, rip) best case : no work is needed. I think both types of wig are hard, but with paper wigs you also have to make them and if a weft gets bent you have to straighten it or replace it. (sorry if this was too long)

where i am it's cheaper to buy paper. bad wigs are cheap (2-5 bucks) but you can get the paper for 10 paper wigs for 22 bucks

well here’s my reason: wigs are EXPENSIVE! and it’s cheaper overall to just make the wigs myself via paper- i made an ibuki wig and it would have been cheeper than buying the wig and styling it myself-
