Those USDA food cards were an amazing teaching tool. I used them with little kids and with adult English learners. You got that as a going home gift if you sat through an 8 hour training on nutrition. Before the internet and interactive whiteboards these were the bomb. When I retired in 2023 my colleagues kept them.

As I said on Taco’s video, it seems to me this was part of someone’s estate, that the rest of their family didn’t know about . There’s some valuable items here . If the family knew about it , it would have been dollar store type items left behind . And how the stuff was piled , somebody went through it one last time before it was abandoned . A real fun unit just the same .

For $50, we couldn’t go wrong! I took a chance by judging the unit on the boxes in the front, but it should pay off! Perfect items for the flea market. We’ll just have to bundle up & sell this winter so that we make room for other inventory. If this unit would have come up in the spring/summer, I think the price might have been a bit higher due to the hopeful quick flip at the flea market. Hope that you have had a great weekend so far!

You should carefully research everything before selling it at the flea market - you've got all winter! There are rap cassettes that are worth hundreds of $$, and some of the vintage toys NIB might have collector value - the GI Joe might be good. Buying units like this, eventually you will hit the jackpot, and find the $50K unit.
