Origami Pyramid Box Tutorial - DIY - Paper Kawaii

Learn how to make an origami pyramid box or pot. The lid rests nicely on top making this origami box a really nice decoration.

These are both modifications of traditional models, the 'candy box' is different as the way it's folded here, there are no extra flaps and an extra crease is avoided..
And the pyramid lid is a simple model, which I have folded in a way as to avoid some extra creases.

2 sheets of square paper, the same size.
I used 15 x 15 cm
Bit of glue.

Oh God, this felt like a meditation for me. I don't know why, but It seemed like an adventure was happening, those pieces of music, they made it really exciting, It was like I was watching magic or something. when you got the last folds I was like wooooah! like I was watching Lord of the Rings :P It felt soooo good to me. and so surreal. I know it sounds weird. I mediated with an origami tutorial! And Thank you for that.

thank you Paper Kawaii for this video. i followed it step by step but made it a miniature one. about only 1" tall it came out beautiful. made it out of paper and glued on red and white snow flakes christmas wrapping paper and gold glimmer ribbon. Had to cut many parts to make it smaller, ribbon was cut thinner 7/8" ribbon cut off about a 1/4 of that ribbon to make it match. Again thank you very much. my miniature box came out perfect.
