Anything can be a belly band. All you do is attract just the top and bottom of base or belly band. She is show fun interactive ways to decorate a belly band. Watch more videos on junk journal belly bands it might help you understand what she is saying better.

You just glue the top and the bottom to a page and have the center free! Maybe this isn’t beginner friendly :) most of my subscribers are familiar! Feel free to ask anything else
