As a Black Cuban, I have been to Havana 4x since 2001 and what Papi is saying is incorrect. I was last there in 2018, and I stayed at an Air Bnb in downtown Havana. They were driving electric cars supplied by the Chinese automaker - Geely and Canadians, and the Spanish own businesses with the Cubans there.
