I hope Papo will make a brown reskin fot the Running T-Rex. Also if Papo made the orange on the Baryonyx continue along the back up to the tail,it would look better.

+Teodor Manolov Papo has already repainted the running model in brown. However, it was only released in a few regions with a limited number. As such, it´s very rare. If you are lucky enough to find it, keep in mind that it´s likely to go to some very high costs.

I really like this Papo. Sadly though, it does not look as realistic as it did in the advertisement photo. But I still like it. I like how it's glossy looking but I can understand why some people dislike that. One thing in don't really enjoy about this Baryonyx is how it's on its tail. Papos a fantastic dinosaur figure making company but could of went for a better, more realistic pose.Other than that, I still really like this guy!

About it being over sized, you are right. It should be about 75 - 80% of Rex's size. The fact that you need to use the tail to pose it is very disappointing. Any idea when the feathered Velociraptor is coming out?

Tbh I love this figure, being overscaled doesnt matter to me. Considering how much papo stuff costs I was expecting the ceratosaurus to be at least as big as the Allo, and this huge and only slightly more expensive so the bigger the better I say😂 plus I dont do dioramas so scientifically accurate scaling isnt a concern.

At first I was unsure about the pose, but it actually looks pretty cool. The colors are just too Schleich and not naturalistic enough for me. It really shows, especially next to the T-Rex. I hope they'll release him again with an alternate paint job.

The head detail is amazing, besides that... Yeah, it's officialy ugly and fat, I think. :'( the allosaurus spikes looked way more natural, the paint job made this model very toyish. Also, I think that it was meant to be a tripod dino, you can see it on the official catalogue, it's a really awkward pose. I'm still going to get it, tho. Lol. Nice review :3

the gloss is dumb. When an animal enters a river (body of water), it's underside will enter first, while it's back will enter after the underside, perhaps even sticking out of the water. Here, the dry part (Part with no gloss) is it's under belly, which should be wet, and it's back is the part that logically would be dry

In my opinion this is the worst dinosaur Papo has ever put out. It is way too aggressive looking, over the top, stupidly positioned and not to mention too far. Baryonyx is one of my favourite dinosaurs and this figure has completely butchered it.

won't bother. This is an example of a poorly made figure that has been highly anticipated and potentially worth buying. Turns out fictitious and disappointing. Please at least make an alternate repaint version now. Besides, bad pose. Hate glossy finish. Wrong depiction. Oversized, while Carnotaurus that should ve been big is unforgivably undersized. Have no idea what's going on with Papo. Seems the company is lazy and simply just does sloppy work. The upper part though is alright, the chest below part down to tail is appalling. This fat baryonyx must ve eaten a cow instead of fish. Overall i will have to wait for a better model.

I just got this Baryonyx, and it's not a tripod model, but indeed stands firm without the tail touching the surface. I also think that it would look a lot better if its hands were lower for about a 20 to 30 degree angle.

The size that this Baryonyx seems to replicate is that of the Suchomimus. Upon seeing the reveal of this figure I jumped for joy that we were getting a great Suchomimus figure. I then realized it was a Baryonyx and speculated they might have done it this way because Baryonyx is more publicly recognized or known.
