This is Caleb Frank, a Papua New Guinean from the Oksapmin village of the Teleformin District of West Sepik Province, he is a former student of Saint Ignatius Secondary School in Aitape of West Sepik Province in Papua New Guinea. He graduated from China with a bachelor of engineering in Aeronautical engineering and he is speaking in Chinese and singing in Chinese.
