Wow, it's kinda cool to look inside papyrus' psyche (sy- kee I spelt it work ik) it's normally sans we see which is a normal choice because he's the one that is more mentally suffering...probably. so it's kinda cool if not more heartbreaking because I'm pretty sure sans has gotten used to this

Sans is one of the most depressed characters in media. Put yourself in his shoes and imagine our life was based on the game. Would be pretty fucked up finding out your brother was decapitated countless times across multiple resets and when you finally get used to a timeline the player erases everything. But you still remember bits and pieces. That’s a personal hell. And the whole point of the sans fight is him trying to beat the determination out of you so you don’t erase the time line. He puts himself on the front line over and over dying over and over just to keep the universe safe from you. The longer you fight him the less determined you are and the more likely you are to give up which for him would be a victory, but unfortunately not all humans work that way. Some people are just really determined and really pushy and won’t quit until they find the result they sought

well in cannon we don't know that sans wouldn't tell papyrus. and besides the game strongly hints that papyrus already knows about resets based off of lines like: "Truely this is the worst possible ending" "Is sans pranking you across space and time? I hate it when he does that" but the fans like imagining him as an innocent cinnamon roll, and to be honest I get why.

This backs up a theory of mine. That everyone can see the things sans has done on the genocide route. Or has some kind of recollection of it, even if it’s Tori! Who died at the very start of the game! Reason 1: Think about it. If a soul remains, even shattered, then who’s to say a monster soul doesn’t remain when they die? Think about it! Where does the dust go? If it disappears, what happens to that monsters memories? Questions the monsters say they know, but do they really? No monster ever held onto the monsters dust! The closest thing to that was when Alphys dripped DETERMINATION on the flower Asriels dust remained on. AND FLOWEY REMEMBERED BEING ASRIEL. So who’s to say the monster can’t witness and remember everything going on around them? I’m sure that if there’s ghosts for human souls (aka Chara), then there’s ghosts for monsters as well! Making this all add up why Papyrus dreamt this, when he was never there to see it Reason 2: Papyrus could have just overheard Sans freaking out in his nightmares. And started having similar dreams due to hearing it. For example, when you watch or hear something scary, don’t you start having those thoughts in your dreams? Anyways, these are 2 reasons on why Papy could’ve had the dream he had in this comic. Feel free to commentate on this theory if you want

Cuts-with-swords the argonian ok I'll explain 1.On the game I found a way to save asriel on the game and I tried multiple times 2. Now in the last fight against asriel in pasifist version it shows you split your heart with him and he is able to live once again (yay true happy ending) 3. And I've died when I tried to fight the last battle and I resetted and then something strange happened I didn't die I was at my last legs and my soul split and one stayed with frisk and the other went to asriel. 4.In the end asriel was a kid again and the souls went free but except frisks half soul stayed in asriel and frisk and they were both connected and it showed a happy reunion and like always monsters and humans were living in peace together and if you wonder a good friend sent me a update on the game since he wanted me to test it out ok
