For me, on my first playthrough of Chapter 2, which is my only one at the moment, I got the part where Noelle gives the present to Susie. You are actually the only other person I've seen get the present instance. Guess you and I are present buddies Papyrus :)

How on earth does that sound like Spy at all? Spy's voice is definitely more deep and raspy with a French accent. Not to mention he sounds like he's so done with everyone and everything 90% of the time. Chance's Papyrus has a higher voice with a British accent and sounds much more happy.
