Thanks! Looks great. It reminds me of the tri-corn loop knot. The difference is that your working end comes out facing up rather than down. The Eskimo bowline is also similar but is only triangular on one side.

You're right Mark, it does look similar to both the Triangle and Diamond Knots...I probably would have combined those two and named it the Triamond Knot...

All your names work, but I like the "crown and wall" knot as you stated in your description. Or to be more specific, a Single Crown and Wall in 2 strands. Since a Single Wall and Crown (ABOK #672) stops just before it is doubled and/or tucked along the stem to become whales, tacks or manropes (#845-847), then one might reason a Single Crown and Wall stops just before it's doubled and/or tucked to become footropes and cats (#696-698 :)

Weavers of eternity has the same "triangular" knot. Using a loosly tied snake knot with amd overhand knot underneath it. Than using the two loops of the snake knot. Pull them down over the over hand knot. Than tighten.

How can I make a necklace useing micro or nano cord? I want to be able to unbraid it, and have the most length, for an emergency. Should I braid the entire length or cover an enter core? I will use a magnetic or plastic clasp for safety (anti strangulation). The total diameter around 1/4". Thanks for any advice.
