At about 1.55 of the video there was the mandatory shot of the thug in charge, all dressed up as if he'd been a soldier. At least the USA - so far - doesn't dignify the FBI bureaucrats with such dignity.

+Pete Muhlenberg This is uniformed Police. The equivalent of the FBI is the PDI (Policia de Investigaciones). Carabineros has had, since its inception, a ranking system similar to the Army and were made part of the Armed Forces in 1973 by the dictator Pinochet. Prior to that, they had been under strict control of civilian authorities , Ministry of the Interior, Provincial Intendentes (Governors which, depending on the number of inhabitants of the province, were either appointed by the President of the Republic or were elected officials). Carabineros are, apart from normal policing duties in cities, towns and rural villages, custodians of the national borders and provide the Guard of the Presidential Palace.
