Good that you showed adding other instruments. Gives the pattern more color Paradiddle is my most favored and versatile of rudiments. I am primarily a kit drummer since 1962, who has added percussion instruments for extra colour in thr past 30 years. You do well sir, as always.

I got this "idea" to transfer paradiddle into groove just from my teacher, and it's really cool. Pity that I don't have enough time to work & exercise with it as I want. But this stuff (paradiddle & rudiments) surprisingly improve the drumming at all somehow...! Have fun with it! & Thanks for this great video!! Love your way to to these!

Great for developing your less dominant hand. I often reverse my drum set up and play a rhythm beginning with the opposite hand. It's helped make my playing more fluid, and creative, especially with solos. Practice, practice, practice. Really appreciate your teaching style....Thanks for sharing!
