Their 2009 effort is one of my favorite '7 string' guitar guitar metal albums. Greg Makintosh/team are fantastic at writing a mix of heavy riffs and atmospheric leads. I like to play the lead parts in the middle with a lot of delay to generate the proper atmosphere combined with crushing riffing during the verse.Also, the perfect accurate drumming is very nice.

Finally, Nick seems to be able to give a great live performance. Always a great band - one of the best ever, but Nick's voice has in past been their weak point. A truly great gig, Draconian Times is one of my favourite albums ever, and I was distraught to find out about it afterwards.
