I enjoyed this in Pro, but after watching it now, a couple months later, I like it quite a bit more. Really beautiful, atmospheric piece that doesn't devolve into the usual edgy/dark/sinister vibe that a lot of other Shinsekai Yori videos tend to. And yeah, you nailed the loneliness that permeates the series...really really like this one. Great work man!

I'm really glad someone like you has made such a beautiful AMV with Shinsekai Yori, the anime really deserves it. There was so much deep feeling in this AMV that I could really feel it in my chest. Lovely pacing and storytelling with the scene selection. Wonderful AMV.

Maria was gone.. Shun was gone.. A hero had been tortured for years.. In the end, Saki and Satoru remain, with memories that make them who they are.. Lost their beautiful friends.. Their loves.. Having each other.. And being just two human beings in the world.. Maria was really gone forever...

Gandeloft It was a powerful anime,literally,full of power and emotions but don't say the end to someone that hasn't watched the anime yet.(sorry for the grammatical mistakes).

well people watching AMVs of animes they havent finished are kinda dumb and asking for spoilers... unless the AMV as "no Spoiler", "Spoiler-safer", etc in the title

You put me onto a new anime, so thanks for that. After re-watching this with context from seeing the show, this is sad as fvck. Like, I had to try hard not to cry. Great job.

Thanks!! Really good to hear that you ended up giving the show a watch because of this! :)

Also, it makes the ending really, really sweet in contrast, or perhaps bittersweet. I just thought of this, but is that supposed to be Saki meeting them again in the afterlife, or is it just to end things on a sweet note?
@EnQuatreAMV7 жыл бұрын
The ending is supposed to be a callback/recollection of happier times, so it was intended to be bittersweet!

I ended up watching the anime after watching this amv. first off it spoils nothing. what it does "majorly" spoil you simply forget about by the time it happens. so awesome job :D Aside from that. i have super mixed feelings about it overall. the first few episodes showed alot of promise to me then it just wavered off. i kinda had to force myself to finish watching it. it just never clicked i guess is the word im looking for. it tried really hard but every build up seemed to just fail. idk. it was an interesting anime but i feel it just didnt hit the mark it really was aiming for. i think this amv is better then the anime in the sense that you managed to convey the best parts of the show where it really did manage to shine. you did an amazing job. Thank you, its not often a amv manages to convince me to watch a show let alone push through the entire thing when i wasnt fully feeling it. im subbed and i cant wait to see what you do next :D

I really want to watch this, but would you really recommend I watch this anime first so I don't get spoiled.

I tried to make this with as few major spoilers as possible but there still are a couple here and there. Not only is the anime super worth watching, but the video will also be that much more meaningful once you've seen the show!
