Paradise Valley Mall Redevelopment Progress Update (Oct 8, 2023) [ARIZONA] 4K Drone Flyover Tour!

Welcome to our first video touring the site of the Paradise Valley Mall in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Most of the mall has since been demolished for the redevelopment project currently underway. Nonetheless, there is still a section of the mall still standing. You will see a brief view inside from the drone’s POV, looking towards JC Penny’s. An odd feeling looking inside the mall, slowly taken apart in pieces!
The new structure of apartment housing is quickly going up. The new development is named PV. There will be brand new stores like Whole Foods and even a new Harkins Movie theater and Life Time Fitness Center in the coming years. You can read more about the redevelopment on the official site here:

They are removing the mall and building apartments as well as new commercial properties.
