You have to pay the tax on an item of value. The landowner is paying the property tax.

Seems un level. Bedroom Door closes on its own. Also the rain shower head pipe is unfinished. Otherwise good job

Too much black tile in the bathroom. It’s a bit oppressive. It makes the room seem smaller, like the walls are coming in on you.
