When did you visit? What time of year was this? Trying to look into the seaweed and if it would be good to go in the winter.

I went mid June when I went. From talking to others that been there before, they said it’s kinda like that almost all year round but worst in around hurricane season

Hi! Thanks for the review. We just booked at Playa Del Carmen. I’m hoping you can help me with a question - are the restaurants like Flora and BA, included in the all inclusive or is the dinner an additional charge?

Hello! Blue Agave and Flora were included. There are some items that you can pay A la carte for but for the most part the entire menu was included. There was only one steak place that was not actually included. If you have a Nikte room, your concierge will take care of reservations for you otherwise you can call for a reservation or wait for a spot. Making a reservation though will be key in getting into one of the restaurants.

How was the beach?

Not really the greatest if you want to swim. If you are just looking to relax in the sun then there’s more than enough space to lay out and never crowded
