They just gave her like a 20%~ bullet velocity buff, and almost every item you want to use has received a small tweak/buff in the last patch. Her ult was also sped up significantly in exchange for removing extra charges on her wall.

@@jorncena4022 Her ult being sped up is a fairly big nerf to the ult. Used to keep the enemy CC'd for a good amount of time if it was long range. Also gave your team time to react to you landing a swap. Now its so fast that coordinating the pick is much harder. But the bullet velocity, slight railgun buff and fast cool down wall are decent improvements.
