Sometimes, certain characters far outclass others in terms of skill and strength that it often takes more than a single individual to defeat them. For instance, it took the combined might of Yami Yugi and Seto Kaiba to defeat Dartz in the Orichalcos arc. In Zexal, it took the trio of Yuma, Astral and Shark (Nash in his Barian form) to defeat Don Thousand. Sometimes, you find that certain characters can only be bested by teamwork rather than solo efforts. That is just my take on the situation. In 5ds, it took the trio of Yusei, Jack and Crow to defeat Dark Signer Rex Goodwin. Some people are just too powerful for one person to defeat alone.

@@drago1616 That is plausible, considering that Paradox stole some of the strongest cards in Duel Monsters (including Yusei's Stardust Dragon) from their respective eras and rewrote them as Malefic cards. Notice how the Pharaoh told Yugi that their battle against Paradox might be their toughest one yet, which is not surprising, considering the sheer strength of his Malefic Deck. Plus, it embodies his apparent disdain for Duel Monsters and the belief that it was the cause of his era's demise.

This skill can only be used once per turn and twice per duel. This skill can only be used if your deck (including extra deck) contains no monsters, other than Malefic monsters, Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Red-Eyes Black Dragon, Cyber End Dragon, Rainbow Dragon, and/or Stardust Dragon.

Arc-V characters= Declan. This theme could have easily been Yubel, Rex Goodwin, Vetrix (not released), Z-ONE (not released), Shark/Nash, Vektor (not released), Sayer (not released), Don Thousand (not released), Zarc (not released), even Pegasus or Arkana’s. It is the best villain theme so far
