Dude! Great vid and flight and nice to meet you out there!! I flew straight out for a sledder on that launch and nailed my spot landing just get a feel for the site but flew a couple more times. Got back to Steamboat today. What an awesome place to fly! My Gf lives in town so hope to fly there and Glenwood often. Testing for my P3 really soon probably this next week or 2, so that will open the door to the Ruthie's launch for afternoons. Good to see ya!

Crazy, just shot you a message on one of your video's! P3 that's awesome. I still need to get my P3. Guy in Aspen offered to sign me off but I didn't have the time. I missed the truck on this flight, had to hitch a ride back. Later that day we flew the west slop north of town but got shaded out. Fun place. Great meet you on the mountain! Wish we had more time to talk. Flying always feels rush rush.

Yo man. Just had to watch this video again because I’m jonesing to fly. Been making some winter trips to ottos. This was a Sick flight. You nailed it. Funny, but I moved over here from steamboat this fall, living in snowmass now. Love it. Love flying this area and the desert isn’t far away. Much easier to fly here than SBS. Let me know when you’re out to aspen this summer, we’ll do some flying here or glenwood.

@@naokookadahill5639 No license to fly but I do recommend taking a class. There's a lot of stuff I wish I knew before getting into flying. You can go do a tandem ride with a pilot. Just as fun and really safe.

Nice vid, really shows the site, launch. So, if you thermal away, what are hazards? Mid-day problems? BTW always wear at least light leather gloves, if you have to throw reserve you will need them while stopping downplaning. Half wrap is vastly preferred and you will get less line twist. Your wife is awesome to put up with flying

Hazards would be no landing area's and airspace. Trees everywhere!
