I do not see you using the GM CC gaskets that come with the exhaust. Do need to use those and replace the old ones? A bit confused on how to use these

Replace the old gaskets with the supplied gaskets.

@ParagonPerformance Well, the Paragon tips have the best-looking design and logos anyway. I'm studying how to properly (C Series) Cerakote stainless steel exhaust pipes. I think that black would blend nicely, but there are 50 colors, and red is an option. The coating also captures and transmits less radiant heat. Is UV, chemical, and shock-cooling resistant as well. I think I can pull this off if I follow the steps closely. You guys need to paint a set Paragon Red!

Whats the difference between youre normal catback and the titanium one?

Main difference is the weight savings. Stainless steel is 32 lbs compared to the 17 lbs of the Titanium system. The Titanium system will also have different sound. Sound clips coming soon

Is it possible to install the exhaust tips before replacing the bumper? Theoretically, the tips could be threaded through the bumper exhaust openings? Has anyone been successful doing this? The tips could be thinly wrapped to prevent scratches? I am considering using 3 to 4 self-tapping SS screws (predrilled), avoiding the use of the large bands. These screws are much easier to install pre-bumper replacement. Any thoughts?

Your tips can be installed before the bumper is installed however you'll need to know the location before tightening down the clamp. We don't recommend using self tapping screws, the band is used to create an even amount of pressure and a seal.

We would love to see the photos of the Cerakote! As for the torque specs, snug is tight & tight is broke. Just snug them up with a hand tool and they'll be good. @@PaulYunker7

You'd have to check your local laws on what is allowed. From our understanding changing a exhaust and leaving the OEM Cats in is allowed.

No mufflers? Won't that break every exhaust regulations in every state? Here's California's specific regulation language:- "Every motor vehicle subject to registration shall at all times be equipped with an adequate MUFFLER in constant operation and properly maintained to prevent any excessive or unusual noise, and no MUFFLER or exhaust system shall be equipped with a cutout, bypass, or similar device." In other words, if you DO NOT HAVE A MUFFLER it is AUTOMATICALLY ILLEGAL irrespective of the noise level.
