It's crazy how we shifted to paragon discussion, a mostly endgame/p2w mechanic (imagine to p2 a cele/hypo as a regular player). It's death for free to play and low/medium spenders.

I can see myself and other players to hit maybe few +1 characters on A/S characters. But Hypo/Celestials? Even going for +1 is waaaay too expensive. I'm also 100% sure that Twins will be absolutely busted and higher paragons of them will be SSS tier. Well that's what you sadly expect from companies/games like this. It's fun to play a bit of PVE/bit of PVP but you need to spend A LOT to go after higher rank players.

It is the death for meta. New heroes? No thanks. I just focus into a old heroes who p1 p2 and try to upgrade them to p3 p4. It will take too much to get a new hero to p1 and above from zero. Arena will have no more new heroes, no meta, just old heroes even they are out meta or trash

@@ducvietdam lol, most people that arent on new servers already have most of the heroes, mid spenders are already hitting p1 on units. the meta is already stale and its always the same stuff at the top. they have to do something to shake things up. yall in this fantasy that f2p can compete when they cant, regardless of paragon.

For FTP low spender this list is valuable too. Just focus on the A and S tier champs you can get feom shops to EVENTUALLY paragon. Etc

As a player which did pay in this game I wonder if I ever will have paragon level hypo/cele hero especially considering how much copies are needed to Paragon, how little blue orbs we get and how many hypo/cele units are per season.

Save your resources just for the best heroes, I have a low spenders account and I already have 2 paragon 2 heroes(lily and Damian) it is very possible if your smart with your resources! Hypo celestial is a different topic and probably best to not paragon these heroes, good news is with the new paragon changes supreme+ hypo celestials already get rivalry stats which is a big win no need to paragon them for low-mid spenders

I am completely free to play, and I also have 2 paragons, though not optimal (Oddie and Viperion 😢). As they said, be wise in chosing the right heroes, built upon the blue orbs, rak in the arena coins, and all will be due 😅

so much this, his tier list does not reflect this enough. c/h units, new units not in arena / DR shops, will be much slower to build. Wishlist units which are purchasable in arena/DR shops and spend your currency only on normal invite letters basically.

@ yeah also same team for arena for every body. Why I have to change to new unit which S+ only and always lose to P2? No brain racing from now on, let use old heroes for year until they get to P4

@@ducvietdam yep, plus you'll get more dupes of old characters with the normal summoning, rateup units will only be worth it if they improve your DR score. Now new units not used in DR need to get to p4 instead of s+ to be used in pvp.

I was on the fence with getting my S+ Bonnie to Paragon during her rate up and you pushed me over. I got a large stash of diamonds so I splurged and got her to P1. I feel like GBs will be quite strong next season.

Btw i just came up with a "trick", for who doesnt have any paragon heroes yet, they can recruit once in the rate up to get the hero, then just use the swap ticket to bring him to s+ and keep recruiting in rate up. e.g. I recruit to unlock bonnie, swap her with my s+ sinbad and then get more copies of her in rate up to get her p1

Well rate up banners in general give you less chance at A tier hero, so while that's good for hyperfocusing a single character you want, you would end up with less dupes overall. With paragon levels being stronger now, it's better to have more dupes than to focus on meta. Your goal isn't to have better units, it's just to have more paragon levels (especially support units that can heal shield and buff). That said, if you are not VIP 18+ you might have more fun in the game by not investing into paragon at all. Just ignore the couple players in your server that play on paragon, and have more fun competing in the larger pool of players at S+ which is more properly balanced. That and you can add another game to your routine with the cash you save :D

The problem is for F2P that the priority is DR, not PvP. With that said as a F2P I will need 3 Celestial /Hypogaen to be good in DR,like real good, top 20. Atm I have one. So I don't think I will be going for Paragon with only 1 celestial that I have. That means I will have to wait 3-4 month untill I can try going for Paragon. The gap will be big in PvP.

We are playing since lunch of the game. Monthly subscription+ growth pack every sesson and those 1$ invite letters that pop up. I am already at p2 getting ready for first p3 hero ready ( final destination). I recently hit vip 12. If i knew about paragon changes i would abond trying to m+ every hero earlier and would probably be much further

While I agree that carry heroes need the stats, given the current paragon changes when facing players on lower paragon tiers, the priority would be different and you should focus on support heroes that can heal/shield/buff. Since losing to a player lower than you on ranking takes more points, Id suggest preparing your defences with those fights in mind rather than to fighting against similar paragon level. So that should be your first focus, and only after that focus on some carry hero. (4 sup / 1 carry comps seem to work well from testing in those fights) Conversely, if you have to beat players on higher paragon levels, you should go for pure damage comps, vala silvina harak etc, preferably those that don't need to ult (since your energy regen will be heavily debuffed). Stalling is disadvantage for you, you have to power through the enemy's heavier healing/shielding somehow. (or just pray they remove those stats eventually)

Frankly speaking. I think only the Hypogene and Celestial matters in this list. As you need to upgrade the others in order to get to the next tier. (20 to p2, 15 to p3 etc), you need to bring a bunch of other units to paragon regardless. So the discussion should be whether getting paragon is worth getting overall, and if so, which H/C should we bring it to paragon.

Disagree with the Viperian ranking, as someone who has been top 5 in both arenas with him for both seasons, people undervalue him cos no one invested in him, his energy draining is huge as well as his damage

Why do we need Bonnie, the usual arena + AFC stages, as I understand it, that's all? Then why does she occupy such a high shooting range everywhere?? please explain, there are resources to unscrew her now, but is it worth it or is it better to wait for Lorsan, as it looks more interesting to me

It's crazy if Cele/hype heroes has to be paragon to complete in pvp...they are already very expensive. I'm a mid spender who buys the most of deals above 1200%. Even then I only have 3 S+ cele/hypo heroes.

I made a dumb mistake wich is going for dional after getting my phreasto to S and i didn't start with reinier i stoped from getting dional when i hit M+ and swiched focus to reinier he is one copy away from m+ (i dont remembre at all why i switch to him) should i go complete dional or just either go for S+ phest or invest on a new cele\hypo ?

Dionel is purely PvP, but Phraesto and Harak have utility in PvP and PvE content. If your Reinier is almost M+, I would stop at M+, take Phraesto to S+, then start Harak. While you are getting those c/h heroes developed, you can start developing A-level heroes that would be great with your Dionel, like Damian and Lyca. That way, once he's ready, you already have great supports for him.

reiner was busted for dream for a very long time, he finally fell out over the last bit of season 2. people saying that dionel is only good for pvp are correct but there are good rewards in pvp. i think it really comes down to what do you value more, the rewards from pve or pvp.

also harak, phraesto and talene are good for both pvp and pve so imo i would go for them first but i ascended my dionel as my first hyp/cel and i have no regrets on it.

by the same token, should downgrade all units which are harder to build because c/h or not in guild/DR store. Season store doesn't compare. so granny will be worth more than thoran, or for sure phraesto, because she will be easier to reach higher paragons. Bonnie, maybe you can get her to p1 on her banner? but still so far to go and season store currency is much stingier than arena/DR stores. She will be a handicap relative to the easier to paragon units with the two new skills

Originally that was the way to go, but if these paragon changes stay in place I have no idea. I still feel like getting more S+ units is better because of modes like RR and dura’s trials. Perhaps it’s time for us to ONLY focus on DR (which a lot of f2p have already been doing) and kinda leave PvP in the back burner. This ofc is if intimidation and inspiration stay in place TLDR: I still think having S+ heroes is the way to go because of RR and dura’s trials

If you are pvp oriented then aim for paragon. But if you want pve, then get as more S+ as possible.

I ended up splitting my wish list so my most utilized heroes have high ascension (except c/h heroes), and my low utility heroes are all at S+. It was really handy having many heroes to choose from for Crystal Clash, Clashfronts, and Dura trials.

There is no way scarlita is S in paragon priority, she is basically useless outside dura trials and SA. In normal arena she gets destroyed by tasi/LM teams and nowadays Bonnie
