oliver moseley most characters you will need to learn bc each have their own abilities. Carry's build crit dmg and chance. Support build tank or ultility and offlanes build dmg and utility. Offlanes are for heros with escape abilities and survivability like shinbi. She is good bc her dash and her healing with her O/E. It'll take a min to learn these things but I'm sure you will get it in time. Maybe he will make a video. I wouldn't mind seeing it if he does. js

Dubfest not much cuz Shinbi need leveling at lv9 her damage is strong In fact Shinbi weak point is 1 vs 2 she strong when agiant 1vs 1 and she cannot fight with Crow control hero like LT.Belica

She really isnt op, she can be strong in the right hands but she requires a bit of skill to use. Try looking up the phase, they did nerf her a bit but imo opinion she will always be borderline op because of her kit. A good phase can carry a team because she can save lives all day. Her pull is super strong and when she ults her teammate they get massive health regen, mana regen, cd reduction, and attack speed. Than add in her other 2 abilities, a slow that can root and a 2sec blind.
