Parakeets In Berkshire

We got this loud birds in the Netherlands too. I love their comfy noises and they are beautiful when they fly. Since the winters are not that severe any more you see them more. I heard once that when it freezes severely they can have frostbite on their feet or claws. Maybe they will keep evolving and come more winter hardy. Sorry for the bad english.
