Hahaha...getting hit by a single bravery attack at the end here is so infuriating...
WoL has an easy time with this fight, since he's got so many brave attacks that link into wall rush HP attacks. His Rune Saber combos do more damage, but will often miss if performed close to the ceiling, so Bitter End is more reliable when airborne. You can also use Ultimate Shield to punish Deus Iratus and follow with assist to Crossover to Rune Saber, but Feral Chaos never used Deus Iratus during this fight.
The main thing to watch out for as WoL is that a lot of his attacks will wall rush Feral Chaos to the ceiling or at higher elevations in general. If you're not going to keep fighting in the air, do make sure that at least Feral Chaos drops down with you. You don't want to have him above you for Raid or Lux Magnus.
Yeah, I know the Final Strike set isn't really that practical, but by golly, I just love exploiting both EX and assists, and if it just means I have to tighten up my gameplay to work around its drawback, then that's just what I'll have to do.

This whole game is a prequel to the first Final Fantasy ever. Like at the end of cycle 013 everyone went to their own worlds and WoL was left standing right outside a castle... like the very first moment of FF1

It's the prequel to FF1. Everyone else was taken during various points of their own adventures but WoL was explicitly said to have been born in the world of Dissidia with the ending of the 13th cycle being the beginning of FF1. Then after the end of FF1 he gets called back to the world of Dissidia with everyone else being summoned from their own endgames or close to it(Except for Golbez who's weirdly still stuck in his armor when Kain has his After Years outfits and Noctis who's implied to have been taken during the open world section of XV or possibly from Chapter 15.)

I know this is late like really late but the reason why he makes so much bravery damage is because probably from his set of accessories and depending on the level of the character, ex mode also adds extra bravery damage on WoL.

I don't know how to feel about Duodecim...the Additional Characters, Stages, and Costumes makes me want to love it....but the Nerfs to EX, Assists, and Various Character Nerfs just won't let me actually enjoy it...

Darskul Squall got nerfed. It became pretty hard to combo with him because he became slow, his reach was shortened, and his ex mode was pretty much non existent. He was "too strong" in the first one. But no. In fact, that heel drop move was his best move considering you can feint that move to execute a different air attack and it was also a good parry move. His rough divide range was also shortened. Squall needs his previous setup because that dude couldn't branch brv to hp attack. He's a tactical punisher but they ruined him, even in NT. He now just attacks like KH Leon. Nothing special. It was also tedious to use gabranth and annoying to fight a player feral chaos.
