"My journey through Suriname has been nothing short of an adventure, filled with excitement and unexpected challenges. One such challenge was hitting a hard 'bonk,' a point where my body simply couldn't keep up with the demands of the road.
Despite this setback, I've managed to pick myself up, dust off my bike, and get back on the saddle, determined to complete this journey. After all, perseverance is what separates a good adventure from a great one.

Yes I have. I'm currently in Suriname got a really bad gut so can't move for now it's day 8 of this, hoping it goes soon.
