Nice job. The only thing I noticed was not palpating the spine when you had her rolled over.

Excellent job and its nice to see a 2012 standard with the recent updates. Although the nipples navel and knees comment confused me since you want to avoid across the knees and across the belly, but I guess that's more for order. It doesn't sounds as nice but across the sternum (under any breasts), across the iliac crest (hip bones, like a seatbelt), and across the distal shins so you have skeletal support is how I learned.

Wait, I'm confused? There was no dorsal inspection on log roll? And the order of straps was different than that of the check sheet. It say torso, head, legs then hands?

Dwayne Osborne head is immobilized last. It's a critical fail if you do it before

No bsi, no dcapblstic, the roll onto the backboard was terrible, didn't check for step off on the back of the neck prior to collar, didn't check cap refill. I'm sure I'm missing more, but geez. I'd hate to be that patient.

of course, all would be important not to miss in real life. But, all of which are not required for national registry.

From NREMT paramedic skill sheet, "Takes or verbalizes body substance isolation precautions". I'm pretty sure he did that, hard charger.
