If you are asking about background color in the Rhino space, go to setting and render tap to change the background.

@@JuneLeeDesign yeah I know and I've changed that. but I know realized that you are using Mac version of rhino while I'm using windows. I wanted to change the UI completly. I have Moonlight plugin installed in grasshopper for dark canvas , but your tabs and even search in grasshopper is dark and that's what I wanted :D

I have no idea about that.. I am using rhino 6 grasshopper with default setting. I am not sure that is because of my OS.
